KUROMA Pressure Smoking Kettle Cooks under steam pressure in a wood smoke atmosphere Wood smoke is generated from actual wood chips and is retained in the closed vessel, so that smoke extraction is not normally required in the kitchen. Steam pressure is produced from added water in the pressure pot. The result is that the KUROMA pressure smoking kettle reduces conventional barbecue cooking times by half and in doing so smokes the food and not the kitchen ! Cooking in steam means that shrinkage is low so that there is more product for you to sell; and no charring! The compact cooker is completely portable, it will fit in the boot of a car and can be operated anywhere there is a 13 amp socket. Food can be deep frozen and later reheated by microwaves without losing any smoked flavour. |
