In conjunction with Merit Filtration, a complete spares and repair service is offered, for both the Bitterling range of filter machines and the original  Opal System 2000 machine. We are main agents for the Kuroma Southern Fried Chicken range of table top pressure fryers. The Kuroma range also includes the pressure smoker  (Barbeque oven), ideal for producing the home smoked produce, spare ribs, chicken, prawns, fish, etc in various wood smoke - Apple, Oak, Hickory

As a service to our users of the Kuroma pressure fryer we offer a small range of humidified display units to keep their pressure fried product in good condition. These are only available within the mainland United Kingdom due to packing costs necessary to meet insurance requirements.
